Luciano Votta
Graduated with honours from the University of Milan, after passing the National Bar Exam, he began his career as a corporate lawyer. After an initial training period in a large national industrial energy centre, for over thirty years he worked as Head of Legal Affairs for Italy for a global company, leader in the food and consumer goods sector.
He rejoined the Milan Bar Association at the end of his in-house career, advising major multinational companies in the field of Food and Industrial Law, and assisting them in meeting the regulatory and contractual obligations.
He has supervised important M&A operations in which he has been able to draw on his long-standing managerial experience.
