Giuliano Votta
Graduated with honours from the University of Milan, he has been practising as a lawyer since 1973 and has worked for over three decades as a Bankruptcy Trustee, Judicial Commissioner and Liquidator on behalf of the Court of Milan in over one hundred procedures, some of which of considerable importance. He is qualified to practise before the Supreme Court and other Higher Courts.
He has gained significant experience in Civil, Commercial and Insurance Law, and coordinates the litigation strategy in the disputes handled by the Firm, both before the Ordinary Judicial Authority and in the context of arbitration and ADR procedures.
He has worked on numerous disposals and acquisitions of important Italian and foreign companies.
