Margherita Lastrucci
Margherita Lastrucci graduated in Law in 2017 from the University of Florence, with a dissertation on Ecclesiastical Law under the title"Religious pluralism in Italy". She mainly deals with Civil Law, Tax Law and debt recovery, although she has gained considerable experience in Non-contentious Jurisdiction.
Her career has also involved Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Law, both in and out of court.
She registered as a practising lawyer in the Prato Bar in April 2017 and joined the Lastrucci Law Firm in October 2019.
She passed her Qualifying Examination to practise as a lawyer on 16.10.2019.
