Marcello Lastrucci graduated in law from the University of Florence in 1984, with a dissertation on Civil Law under the title "Ratification pursuant to Article 1399 of the Italian Civil Code". He mainly works in the civil sector (debt recovery, seizure of financial assets and property, issues connected with all business activities, etc.).
In particular, he is an expert of out-of-court contractual matters, Corporate Law (including the criminal implications connected with business activities, arising for instance from accidents at work, building violations, tax violations, privacy protection, etc.), insolvency proceedings, Banking Law, Labour and Social security Law, Tax Law, also before Provincial and Regional Tax Commissions, Family and Inheritance Law, as well as issues relating to medical liability.
He practised as a Notary in the two-year period from 14.01.85 to 14.01.87, while attending the Notary School Course in Naples at Prof. Guido Capozzi’s School.
He has been a member of the Prato Bar Association since 3.07.1987 (at that time as a solicitor) and a member of the Register of Supreme Court’s Lawyers since 23.09.1999.
He was a member of the AIGA National Board from 1984 to 1988.
He has been a member of the Commission for the Lawyers Qualification Exam to practise at the Court of Appeal of Florence in the 2005/2006 session.
He served as President of the Civil Chamber of Prato from 2011 to 2017.
He was a member of the Council of the Bar Association of Prato from 2015 to 2019.
